Over ten years old, our beautiful lakes are generously stocked with quality fish. In fact, since the year 2000 we have added over 17,000 carp.

We put in a scheme last year, a prize for the biggest three nets in a match.

The winners were :

1st - T.Nally 97.12lbs
2nd - G. Wright 77.12lbs
3rd - M.Turner 73lbs

We are running a similar scheme this year. We have put in an extra 1000 carp from approximately 12oz - 2lbs in the smaller lake, and so far it has had the desired affect of stirring up the older fish already in there. The biggest fish caught this year is 27.8oz, plenty of 20 plus and lots of doubles. We have found our anglers have started to catch carp to about 1lb, that means our carp are sucessfully spawning, the amount of skimmers and roach we catch also shows our silvers are spawning well.
